With replaceable wear parts, Hardox-lined bottom as standard, and optional Hardox scrapers for extra wear resistance, the TS63 delivers maximum serviceability and operational reliability. Perfect for chip removal at CNC machines, washing equipment, and production lines with demanding wet flows.

Design
TS63 is manufactured in various configurations with selectable width, flight height, and geometry—straight, L-shaped, or Z-shaped depending on installation.
The modular construction makes it easy to adapt flights, brackets, feed hoppers, and drainage zones to the application.
Each conveyor is customised for optimal fit, flow capacity, and drainage performance. The bottom is always lined with Hardox for maximum service life, and flights are available in multiple materials, including Hardox as an option.
Operation
TS63 transports short chips, grinding dust, and fines using flights that drag material along a Hardox-reinforced bottom.
The heavy-duty T63 chain drives the flight system with high precision and stability, even during extended operation and heavy loads.
Material is continuously conveyed to the discharge point where cutting fluid is drained and chips can be emptied into containers, centrifuges, or downstream conveyors.
The design is optimised for wet processes and delivers high reliability, efficient fluid separation, and minimal maintenance.
