Effective Oil Mist Separators for Individual Machines and Central Systems

Oil mist is a common issue in metalworking processes using cutting fluids, affecting both the working environment and machine reliability. When oil and metal interact at high speeds, oil mist, oil smoke and fine particles are generated and dispersed into the workshop air. Effective air purification captures oil mist at the source and prevents fine oil droplets from remaining airborne and settling on machines, floors and sensitive equipment.

CleanMist Pro – Centrifugal Separation for Flexible Installation

CleanMist Pro uses mechanical centrifugal separation to efficiently remove oil mist. The series is
known for its high operational reliability and flexibility, allowing units to be mounted directly
on the machine or on a stand. The separated fluid can be drained back to the machine tank for reuse
when required.

Mist Compact – Modular Filters for Centralised Purification

The Mist Compact series is based on static filtration with coalescence technology and is particularly
suited for central systems or machines with high airflow rates. Thanks to its modular design, the
system can easily be scaled and adapted to handle oil mist from multiple machines simultaneously,
either via existing extraction systems or external fans.

Filtration of Oil Smoke and Fine Particles

For processes that generate oil smoke or extremely fine particles, our oil mist separators can be
equipped with HEPA filters. This provides very high separation efficiency (H13), ensuring that even
the smallest particles are captured and allowing the cleaned air to be safely returned to the
workshop.
