Complete Refurbishment
Full Refurbishment with New Wear Parts and Reinforcements
We repair and carry out complete refurbishment including replacement of hinged belts/drag chains, belt tracks, sprockets, and other wear parts. The work includes dismantling, cleaning, frame repair, installation of new belt tracks in Hardox 400, return end with bearing-mounted sprockets, leak testing, assembly of new steel hinged belt, reassembly of motor and equipment, belt tensioning, test running, and touch-up painting.

The hinged belts are available in designs with a wide range of chain pitches and widths – we can handle most variants of hinged belt conveyors available on the market. The most common hinged belts are always in stock for fast delivery. The frame is reinforced and belt tracks are always fitted with Hardox 400 for the best possible wear resistance.
