We develop applications where a single filter type is insufficient by combining magnetic separators, flatbed filters, gravity filters, centrifuges, and customised tank/pump systems to create optimally balanced purification solutions for both small machines and central systems. Systems are sized according to the customer's flow rate, particle type, cleanliness requirements, and layout.

Design
Combination filters are built from modular units that can be combined in multiple stages. Typical modules:
- Magnetic separators (DMP)—remove magnetic particles down to micron level
- Flatbed filters (FB)—separate mixed fine particles and sludge
- Gravity filters—higher capacity, consistent filtration over larger filter area
- Centrifuges—separate sludge, fine particles, and fluid more aggressively
- Tanks & pumps—customised for fluid type, return flow, and layout
Systems can be built for 1–10 machines or as larger central systems.
Operation
Fluid is directed progressively through different filter modules, where each stage separates its type of contamination:
- Magnetic separators remove magnetic particles and also function as pre-filters.
- Flatbed filters remove non-magnetic particles, grinding dust, and mixed contaminants.
- Gravity filters use pressure differential and large filter area to provide stable filtration efficiency at higher flow rates.
The result is cleaner fluid, longer run times, reduced wear, and more stable processes.
