Mist Compact S – Oil Mist Filter for Central Systems (fanless)
Mist Compact S is a flexible central filter for air filtration of oil mist from multiple machining machines in larger production facilities. This robust oil mist separator without an integrated fan is designed for integration into existing or new ventilation systems where external fan capacity is already available. The coalescence-based filtration system delivers a high filtration efficiency and is particularly suitable for centralized air cleaning in demanding industrial environments with requirements for a cleaner working environment.
Typical applications
Mist Compact S is intended for central extraction systems or larger production lines where oil mist is generated, for example during machining and washing of metal parts. It can be integrated into ducted systems or installed as a standalone unit.

System Integration
MIST COMPACT is designed for easy integration into both new and existing extraction systems. Thanks to its modular and static filter design, MIST COMPACT can be sized for varying airflows and configured with pre-filters, fan modules (V-models), or floor-mounted units (S-models). This makes the system suitable for everything from individual cells to complete central installations with multiple machines and varying loads.

Design
Mist Compact is built as a flexible modular system that can be easily adapted to requirements and capacity. The system can be supplied with or without a fan, enabling direct connection to existing ductwork or use as a standalone central filter. The design is engineered for high reliability and easy servicing—filter changes and inspections are carried out quickly thanks to large service hatches and excellent accessibility.
Operation
Mist Compact purifies air from oil mist and aerosols through multi-stage filtration, where filter media is selected based on the specific application and type of contamination. The system is designed for stable and efficient separation even at high flow rates and varying loads.
The purified air can then be returned directly to the facility or directed into a central ventilation system. Mist Compact also works excellently in washing facilities where oil-contaminated water vapour needs to be filtered.
